Our Gold member Linda Weil has completed the writing and illustrating of her book "Lifelike Animals" in association with Walter Foster.
You may recall that our Gold member Diane Wright was contacted through Starving Artists by Walter Foster and contracted to write a book for them. It is now available!
While the book concentrates on the many bridges, it is full of interesting anecdotes and stories; and it helpfully gives the true meanings behind the Anglicised original place names. The final chapters give general information on such diverse subjects as Rod Fishing and The River Gods of Edward Smyth. It's a most interesting read and generously illustrated by John's accurate pencil drawings.| Latest postings |
