My daughter is a pastry chef and these are some of her cookies.

I set this still life up on her dining room table. The early morning sun was shinning through the window, leaving beautiful shadows on the cookies and streaks of light on the glass and bottle of milk...just what I look for in my subjects.

By the way, the top cookie with the frosting in the middle, is my all time favorite...when I finished my photography, I did indeed enjoy "Milk and Cookies."
