“I've always wanted to draw and spent many years doodling. Finding Starving Artists coincided with my determination to indulge in my dream and draw.

I moved to the Oregon Coast and am now pursuing my dream. With the help of Starving Artists, I've honed and refined my skills in my chosen medium of Scratchboard.

Scratchboard has a white china-clay substrate sprayed with black ink, through which you scratch to reveal white lines and areas, to describe it in it's simplest form. To add color, any liquid color medium is acceptable depending on what you want to achieve.”
